We offer free exchange on products bought directly from us .

  1. We offer returns for a period of 5 days from your receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product should not be washed, worn, or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag, packing bag, and label. Please go to ” RETURN & EXCHANGE ” and follow the instructions.


  2. We offer free size exchange for all products for a period of 5 days from your receiving the product. Size exchange shall be done at an additional cost. To be eligible for exchange, the product should not be washed, worn, or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label.


  3. Your exchange request must be received within 5 days of product delivery. Upon receiving your exchange request, we will arrange for a pick-up, which typically will happen within 24-48 hours of your request. After the return parcel is picked up. Your exchange order will be shipped, and you will receive tracking details over email and text message. We offer free exchange only once. An exchanged item cannot be returned. In exceptional circumstances, we may accept an exchange for an additional charge.


  4. Return request must be received within 5 days of product delivery. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange the pickup, which typically will happen within 24-48 hours of your request. Once we receive your returned parcel at our warehouse, it undergoes a standard quality inspection to ensure the items meet our certain criteria. After the quality check is successfully completed. The refund process is initiated.


  5. Please note the following refund timelines:
    * Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed directly to the original payment method. It typically takes 4-7 business days from the date of approval for the amount to reflect in your account
    * Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: As COD orders do not have a linked payment method, we will request your bank account details to process the refund. Once we receive and verify your bank information, the refund will be issued after deducting the handling fee, and the amount.

  6. A product from the “SALE” section cannot be returned. Only exchange can be done within 4 days of receiving the product.

  7. For COD return orders, A Rs. 100 handling fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
